Last Saturday, over forty volunteers from LoveCastle Church gathered before sunrise to prepare and distribute meals across Accra Newtown as part of our ongoing feeding program. Families lined up as early as 7am, and by the time the last plate was served, the team had reached well over two hundred people in the immediate community — many of them elderly residents and children.
“This isn’t a one-off event for us — it’s who we’re trying to be as a church,” said Rev. Ebenezer Amuah, who joined volunteers on the ground. The feeding program now runs on the first Saturday of every month, and the church is actively recruiting more volunteers and donors to help it grow.
